      The marketing department was a micromanaging mess when I was there. You were expected to keep taking on more work with no help, no instruction and no additional pay. And the worst part was that all concerns fell on deaf ears, which was even more disheartening when you went in person (repeatedly) to your supervisor's office to discuss it.
