Pros

not much currently, at least the lunch is still free in the employee dining room. but not that good.

Cons

We are restricted on bringing in more staff to work. Other support departments are always understaff. They always have "hiring freezes"

Free lunches, 40 hours a week, healthcare with HSA card option, lots to learn, supportive management staff

Cons

Short staffed, very few ACMs, Lowest paid section or POD of CE on the strip, Many responsibilities as a floor supervisor and as the pencil (desk), High turnover rate at Harrah's. Harrah's & Flamingo NEED renovation work
