      Pros

      I love the people I work with, the learning I have accomplished in my position, and the vast array of positions available.

      Cons

      Low pay, raises are minimal, pay changes do not include past raises. After 5 years, I am making the same amount as someone who was just hired. Purchasable food is either too expensive or poor quality. All junk food and prepacked food.

      Get to work in sports betting, work-life balance is decent

      Cons

      Been in the same position for over three years with barely any pay raise and they recently took away merit-based promotions. Have to interview for a position if something is open. Very little perks or investment in the employees.
