Pros

Decent benefits and good work-life balance

Cons

The pay isn't great, even by the low Las Vegas tech standards. The corporate office used to be a vibrant place where sometimes if you got to work a little late, you'd find there to be little to no parking left so you'd park on the street. With the recent round of layoffs plus uncertainty around Carl Icahn and his desire to sell Caesars, the office has been like a ghost town with the remaining souls either seemingly crushed or looking to leave to greener pastures. The company really doesn't look to have a bright future.

Pros

Loved the people I worked with and loved what I did.

Cons

They moved all the developers from a large individual cubical into a tiny room with barely any desk space to work. Only had enough space to put your laptop and an external monitor. No one was allowed to come in and speak to you unless they got permission. The directors don't really care about you and talk down to you like you are some little kid. Very unprofessional. Also with these new directors, the environment because very tense and negative that a lot of people left, including myself.
