Good Pay and Good Coworkers

Pros

The coworkers there are very nice to work with and will help you if you need them. Also, there is tip-sharing so no matter where you work, you will get an even cut of tips.

Cons

You always have to be working, if there is a lull of customers you are required to be cleaning and restocking, even if you have already cleaned and restocked everything that needed it. And if you work afternoon shift, it will be messy, since morning shift does not get much of an opportunity to clean, since it is so busy.

-good closing workers -decent pay - flexible days and hours

Cons

- if you work in the after noon or closing, don't expect morning shift people to help out - customers can be quite rude sometimes - can be stressful to work in for new people - many tasks that haven't been done by morning shift workers will be expected to be done by afternoon or closing shift workers if you decide to work at that time.

Fast paced, time moves quickly. Try's to get all their locations on the same page.

Cons

Unappreciative from multi-unit managers up. Multi-unit managers play favorites. Raises are pennies regardless of how long you've been there.
