This location is busy and tips are better than most locations.

Cons

Store level management is inexperienced. Co-workers are "clique-y..." rumors and politics monopolize the day. Unfair distribution of responsibilities instigates individual actions in the form of redistribution of gratuities. Some employees have a very poor work ethic... yet management doesn't care. They schedule the prescribed number of people as defined by upper management, regardless of their individual skill or work ethic leaving others to continuously pick up the slack.

Flexible schedule, free coffee, some of the customers are nice...

Cons

Management has NO IDEA what they are doing. The schedule has problems EVERY SINGLE WEEK that crew members have to point out to the manager. The manager in Hampstead is also borderline illiterate.
