Pros
Pay was better than average for Manager of a Dunkin Donuts.
Cons
No support from upper management, expected me to turn store around in three weeks. Was one of the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area, staff was not trained, not enough employees for the amount of business, training was a joke, sent me to a store to train, instead I was making coffee 95% of the time and not learning anything. Definitely set up for failure.
