A company that constantly reviews their goals and processes in an effort to be better everyday. A challenging yet rewarding work environment with excellent work life balance. The Cafua's are a great family to work for who works as hard as, or harder, than their people!

Friendly work environment, management is open to new ideas, work life balance, great opportunities to move from within the company, owned by a family, so it's not stuffy and impersonal like other corporate environments, working with wonderful colleagues who I am learning and growing with.

Cons

Hard not to eat all the delicious donuts!!!!

Cons

Apply other places. No recognition for hard work. You work 6 or 7 days. Clock in for 48 hours only
