Pros
The company focuses on doing good work for our clients. It does not have the typical start-up culture that a lot of other places have. Also, everyone I work with is smart, engaged, and willing to help out when needed. The company also listens to its employees - many of the changes that have occurred are employee driven.
Caktus really encourages its employees to grow and provides that through their professional development plan and also, day to day, letting people take on tasks they haven't done before.
We also have kittens in the office!
There is a great deal of flexibility when it comes to your work and they emphasize having a healthy work/life balance.
Cons
At times decision making is slow due to consensus building. This comes out of a desire to ensure that all options are considered and that it will not negatively impact the employees.
