Admin leaders tell their house parents they are disposable, There isn’t no support, They don’t like change, They take your ideas and make them their own, There isn’t proper training

All of it - terrible job, terrible experience. you are not helping the kids you are babysitters who live in dirty houses.

-Great support from administration -Beautiful campus -Solid place to work and feel valued -Wonderful place to network

Cons

-Pay is at the very bottom of industry standard -The school is hit or miss on quality care for residents -It is in the middle of nowhere -Expected to work additional hours without comp time
