      Pros

      The money was good and the schedule was pretty good.

      Cons

      The upper management does not listen to the real life problems of the staff faced daily in the ranch . The CEO is 2 faced and expects the world to bow to him while getting a DUI and yet telling people ( staff ) not to drink at all . Hypocrite at its finest. The whole place is a vacuum of gossip and more than one person has lost their job over false accusations that came up from the gossip mill.

      Administration does very little to help employees and doesn’t care for their personal wellness.

      The kids are the only thing that makes the job worth while.

      Cons

      Administration Long hours Getting PTO approved can be impossible depending on your supervisor, or depending on who you’re related to Job description changes constantly without allowing for any pay negotiation Supervisors will assign you to work on your days off without notifying you. Long commute No one works similar hours so, getting things done during the day can be nearly impossible. Ie. getting keys so you get into the house your working.
