They have every holiday off and they let you work a half day the weekday before. They office building is nice and had a nice kitchen.

Cons

Toxic employee that work there, it seemed the longer you were employed the worse you can treat new people. Zero communication, no team work at all. Chained to the cubical. All of the upper management and VP's were all relatives which made holding people accountable impossible. They hire people with little or no experience for a good reason, the environment was suited for those trying to gain work experience and had no idea colleagues were not dictators, they are suppose to be team members. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Newer Equipment but improperly equipped. Above average pay and benefits. Company embraces technology but implementation has had mixed results.

Cons

Too many middle managers looking to justify their salaries. This leads to excessive scrutiny of even the most simple of job duties. This used to be a great place to provide for your family and work as a team, but has become completely focused on corporate profits over workers rights.
