Very serious about safety and environmental compliance! There is a family atmosphere; people don’t want to leave and it’s reflected in the number of long-time employees.

Cons

Unions try to create angst simply to churn up sentiment. Pay has not kept up with others.

Hours unsteady Day before call out procedure Saturday work all the time mandatory Clique management Good ol boy mentality Zero advancement opportunities it seems Horrible equipment some are unsafe and would never pass inspection. Coworkers can be back stabbing and toxic. Unemployment in the winter. Few mechanics are good at there job.
