Small company which allows you to learn a lot. Depending on your manager, culture could be positive. Benefits are at market.

Cons

Bonus is never paid but advertised during hiring. Upward mobility is limited. C-suite is filled with older white males.

Have been with company for 7 years. Best job I've ever had. Great culture, comp. is good, and insurance benefits really exceptional. Love the work environment and people. Not a "sexy" industry but really gets into your blood.

Cons

Long hours and early starts. It's the construction business!
