People are very friendly, its like a family.

Cons

You must make and effort as with anywhere to make friends. Everyone works together to do well. However, the company is pretty small, so word spreads quickly. You musnt get on anyones toes.

Location ~ provide breakfast every friday. union work work independently

Cons

supervisors not knowledgeble. Have to fish for information. They let other workers just not work.
