Calance has an open policy of hiring through referrals. One of the things that makes us proud is the long term association with our employees and a lower than industry employee turnover. We value referrals through employees be it their college mates, ex colleagues or family members provided they qualify and are a fit for the available roles. Our employees are our biggest asset, and it’s our constant endeavor to design polices that are pro employee. For instance, during Covid, we were amongst the few companies that did not initiate any layoffs.
