Pros: low turnover, great culture, positive environment, flexibility, supportive management that truly cares, great team aura, creative and fun team gatherings, and they provide the tools necessary for success.

Cons

Benefits prices are fairly high due to the size of the company.

Excellent company, Great working environment. Helpful Team members and Management, Lot to Learn and grow. I have been working here from past 7 years and found it to be the best place to work at. Management is easy to approach , HR and Finance team is very helpful and cooperative, work timings are flexible and work and life balance culture. I am extremely happy to be part of Calance!!!
