Thank you for your feedback. We are fortunate to have a strong, dedicated workforce that has been fluid through a lot of growth the last few years. We strive to provide vertical growth for our employees while supporting them on a day-to-day basis - but may miss sometimes. We hope that we can show you that you do matter in 2016.
Good pay, has good benefits package. Work wise you may end up working on projects which are spectacular or ones which are in the rut. It's just luck. Worked with some awesome technical minds here. If you are good? You will get your dye in terms of money and responsibilities.
Cons
No transparency from top management. Sales folks try to undercut project costs and resources. No clear idea of who is running the show. Sometimes decisions reflect apathy towards employees.
