New technologies to work on like Kafka, python, Django, spring boot, spring MVC etc

Cons

No principles and policies defined Family oriented company focused on onboarding family and friends No extra benefits than your core salary so negotiate properly. No proper hierarchical structure seems company management is completely messed up.
