Company which will support you with all possible ways. Each day teams work together to Innovate and deliver more value to our clients, and making improvements for our own staff. This continual improvement process results in no two days being the same and it keeps work interesting and exciting. Management are very supportive and my manager has helped me progress and grow. Working flexible hours allows responsibilities at home to be balanced with work commitments.
Cons
I'll not say it Cons. But it depends on the person too. You need to be someone who likes to take responsibility . And keep learning new things. If your open to change domain, your super good here. It will benefit both ways. But there are some people who can't change their domain more frequent. So that's something hard for them.
