      Pros

      Excellent leadership from the top down. They really listen to their employees and want to understand our thoughts on things and they really take our advice into consideration when making decisions. Great work life balance and a good attitude in the office. If you are looking for growth opportunities, look no further, Calance is growing significantly and the opportunities within the company are tremendous.

      Cons

      With growth comes change and there has been change at the Executive level over the last 6 months. This change was needed, but still change none the less.

      Pros

      I did not see any pros here. All is negative.

      Cons

      Senior management is not supportive. They think, employees are their salves to whom they can fired at any time without any notice. Management even does not has vision of 2 months. They start hiring than without any contract signing than start firing when deal does not strike.

      Pros

      Gives of a lot of leeway to employees to bring forth their ideas - top most management is absolutely reachable. Meritocracy - I have not seen a high performing individual being allowed to leave. Very flexible work environment. Led by people who have had track record of creating multi-billion organizations. Trying to bring in focus post acquisition of a full services firm.

      Cons

      Recent acquisition of a full services firm has brought some challenges for certain section of old employees of acquired company. The focus has shifted to clear deliverables. Long term strategy may not be clear to all at this point.
