Pros

Excellent leadership and culture. This is a rapidly growing division of Technical Youth, LLC that is changing the way staffing is done. The compensation is market average with the chance to make a healthy living through commission. The career opportunity is wide open.

Cons

The business model at this time is decentralized which leads some communication and oversight issues. However, that is natural in a nationwide division that is still at the ground floor.

Work/life balance Surrounded by eager, motivated individuals Sense of community and working towards a common goal An unmatched culture Unlimited earning and growth potential Average age of company is 27 years old

Cons

Many new people come in and compare themselves to the successful, tenured folks which can be discouraging for them Everyone here is money motivated Its an 8-5 but if you want to make money fast, it could become an 8-6/7 The culture can be overwhelming if you dont want to bring work "home" with you ever, and want a clear separation
