Pros

So many wonderful things about Calendly: Competitive pay and benefits. Solid health insurance, unlimited PTO, etc. Work from home stipend provided, as well as, other stipends and small rewards here and there. Management cares and listens. My direct manager is actively helping me achieve my goals and move down the path that works for me. Also very open to my feedback on processes and not afraid to be honest with me about my work. During COVID, culture has been tough to keep thriving and healthy but they are striving to keep everyone happy and continuously make improvements. Overall, everyone seems sincerely genuine and hard working. I have never been happier with my job. No work place is perfect but Calendly is very close.

Cons

Not to be that guy but... I can't think of any real cons.

Pros

The people are the best thing about this company until Calendly destroys their morale. Most of my coworkers are smart and great to work with, and the product is useful. Other pros: the office has great views, we get 'unlimited pto' and free lunch weekly.

Cons

- Terrible/unqualified leadership with lack of transparency and communication. They're mostly there for themselves and don't value you as an employee one bit - Bad pay and no career progression - Attrition rate. Too HIGH for such a small company but they always find a way to make it not Calendly's fault. We just had a recent wave so I'm not making this up. They constantly have to change company photos because people leave so much (even though it's "because the company is growing") - I've heard way too many open comments from upper management and a few employees that are "literally" lawsuit worthy (I think another review mentioned this). Truly appalling If you're considering interviewing here, don't neglect the negative reviews, and ask a lot of specific questions. Ask about attrition. Like really probe; ask people the last time they thought about leaving and why. Ask them what keeps them there. Ask about management and ask for specific examples to answer your questions. Interview the interviewers too and don't hold back. I've tried to hold it together when I've interviewed candidates recently but I'm sure if someone really probed, I'd be honest in a respectable way so that they make an informed decision.
