Good opportunity to learn new things as the company size is small and people are more interactive.

Cons

Too much of politics at every level from team lead to manager to ceo level everybody is involved in politics. More priority is given to the politics and less to the work. Rediculous experience horrible ..!

I don’t have any to tell

Cons

No salary hike, even though if they give good hike it will be corrected very soon. Though u have leave they will deduct from ur salary but not even a single penny they will give u extra. One of worst company ever I would say no employee benefits at all. They just take work from u like donkeys. If an employee is resigning the management is not bother to ask the reason y he or she is leaving the company.
