There's nothing much great to discuss about this company.
Cons
This company have all downsides. Let me include by point base, 1) Expect your salary to be skimmed with lot of deductions as they come up with hell lot of reasons. 2) No scope for growth and work seems to be always worthless in the market. 3) the technology they use is of aged with no dynamic software. 4) I call this company worse than a service based company with lot of redtapism, rules and restrictions. You are entitled to be bonded labor. 5) There's no process in place, nobody knew a clear idea of what they are doing. 6) No scope for experienced people, as the positions are already saturated.
