Every day is something new with who and where you work.
Cons
They expect you as a helper to completely understand how and why their system works in just a month. Some installers will take a small mess up and blame the helper without letting them fix their mistake. They have no problem complaining to a management about you. Trust no one. Even the installers who seem to be cool with you will still complain to management about you. Only a few installers went out of their way to help me figure things out when it should be everyone’s job as an installer to help out. Management thought I was working there for six weeks when it had only been four weeks and then they let me go.
