-Total lack of support from management. -Corporate expects designers to do all admin, selling and designing along w handling the constant installation problems so you as the deisgner come out looking badly no Matterhorn great your part was done -Usually your on call 7 days a week, so no down time -you are not paid until the entire job has been completed which can take months as there are so many go backs due to inexperienced installers

Owners hire they're unqualified friends as managers. Horrible work environment, biggest goat rodeo I've ever experienced.. You're job is to rip ppl off by convincing them plywood is worth $20k - $100k. You will be treated with little regard, energy and vibes you get from everyone there tells it all.
