      You can somewhat make your own schedule. There is a base salary and management is pretty good ( well some)

      Cons

      Having to hit a certain number just to get commission and then having to wait months just to get said commission. It can become stressful and what is promised in the beginning is not what it's like in the end. You will literally eat and sleep this place just to.make any money.
