The exceptional design expertise, best in class quality products, well trained installers that are employees (not contractors) are just a few reasons this is a great company to work for - its the reason they are the leader in storage solutions.

      Cons

      To be successful in this business it take a unique individual with a unique set of skills. The required product knowledge, combined with project management, sales, contract administration, construction experience, marketing, CAD and Design expertise is not for everyone.

      This job allows for a flexible schedule, but you need to make yourself available at night and on weekends.

      Cons

      The office and production teams are very unorganized. The culture is very passive aggressive which makes for a tense environment.

      Ability to create your own schedule, great leads provided and scheduled within your own availability, lots of training to keep current with technology and trends.

      Cons

      Bay area traffic but not a company fault/issue. Best to schedule appointments around high traffic time which is acceptable
