The workload was that of at least 2 people with the pay of only 1. Everyone I worked with in the main office staff was overworked (ie. most people never took an actual lunch break and would work late almost daily). You will be made to feel like you need to take on extra work to "help out" when things get busy (but of course you won't be compensated for that). There was a definite feeling of favoritism towards the designers & installers. Also, conflict management is a joke as employees are told to handle issues amongst themselves which lead to a hostile environment.

The manager giving leads to people only that she likes, company not paying their bills, rent, vendors, constantly having customers yell at you because the company didn’t have money to pay their vendors.
