      Not a good company to work for as a designer

      Pros

      -don’t have to sit in an office all day -some flexibility with your schedule

      Cons

      -essentially zero support from the company -poorly managed and run -have to buy your own laptop (with specs that make that laptop at least $900), buy your own tape measurer, laser measurer, angle measurer, back pack, even have to pay for the CAD key -job completely oversteps work-life balance, don’t even give you a work phone or separate number and put your private cell (which they don’t pay for) on company website as they make it your primary source of communication with clients

      The only pro is that the coworkers are friendly.

      They hire you without telling you that they offer NO benefits - No holiday pay - No pto - No sick leave - No health insurance until after 90 Days

      Pros

      Good pay, flexibility in schedule, creative role, National brand recognition. Good people.

      Cons

      You have to do a lot of lead generation to be successful, company leads aren’t great. Management is inconsistent, there are different rules for different people. There’s a lot of micromanagement and mandatory meetings that don’t add to your productivity, which is tough when you’re commission. Top performers have horrible work/life balance. Very little opportunity for growth.
