Pros
This position was a challenging one but was just as rewarding. I got to be a part of changing the way things were done within the company and making large scale improvements.
Cons
There was no formal training or even clear definition of my position as I was told several times that my position was a new one for the company and it was a "figure it out as we need it" role.
