Pros

I started approximately 5 years ago at what was already an amazing company. Through the years I have enjoyed being apart of this company's growth. California Closets truly is the industry leader when it comes to on trend product offerings and top notch quality and customer service. I enjoy the flexibility, creativity, and support I get from working for this company. Every year I look forward to seeing what's next.

Cons

I often work beyond 40 hours per week.

Pros

Excellent training. Very supportive support staff and managers both in Orange County and at the Corporate level. Great Benefits, Vacation, and pay is very fair. If you work hard, you can do very well.

Cons

There are numerous details that have to be perfect in order for a job to run smoothly. We have begun a new way to speed up communication in all areas, Production, Installation, Sales and Customer Service. It was a con, but has now become much easier. Management has created positions that keep communication up to date between all areas. There are checks and balances in place.

Pros

Compensation aligned with your abilities and successes. Training and structure. Leads are provided for you, while your compensation increases as you Ability to create spaces that make a difference for your Clients every single day. Opportunities to continuously learn and grow. Some flexibility in your schedule. Company provides phone, ipad, and computer which is nice because I've worked for similar businesses where I had to provide my own and that was financially challenging as I was starting out! Reimbursement for mileage.

Cons

Although there's some flexibility in your schedule, its not a part time type of position! There are many different types of things you're responsible for that require full-time attention even though you can in a lot of ways control your schedule. You'll work every other Saturday. Change is constant, but once you get used to things you'll appreciate how the company is always evolving for the better!
