Pros
I think the Management Team did their best to help sustain the company especially during the supply chain issues. The company and its CEO genuinely cared for their employee's. There was always work to be accomplished and never any moments where you were bored. You are always welcome to ask questions and for help if you ever need it. No question is a dumb question. Everyone had a pretty positive outlook. You can learn from every situation.
Cons
I think there could of been more team support in the location I resided in, however it was tuff with the market we had. I think the position needs to be compensated a little more, due to the amount of responsibility and work balance.
