      Lots of OT Benefits Good manager Good coworkers

      Cons

      Overtime(12 hour days or longer are frequent) Learning curve didn't offer proper compensation. Great if you dont have a life and want a big check followed by a lot of taxes, but the guys were nice.

      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere, consistent work schedule, great culture in the production facility, brand and training is great

      Cons

      Micromanagement by ownership, total lack of job descriptions/distinctions which leads to change of responsibility from day to day, desire to get to the root of the problem leads to a witchunt mentality, nobody trusts one another, no performance reviews at all, total lack of direction as to who manages who.
