Pros

working for the government is always beneficial. this means a lot of health benefits/ dental benefits, and it's always nice to know that working for the state of california is a legitimate occupation, as opposed to some shady occupations that can be taken otherwise

Cons

always busy. as unemployment debt workers, we constantly deal with people upset with their current compensation/ "reward" for their unemployment, so it can be slightly hectic, but doubt fret. this is the constant distress we deal with on a daily basis, which is perfunctory. you'll eventually get passed it and learn how to optimize you're ability to work efficiently, despite this setback.
