Pros

Nice offices, some cool people, okay benefits (not great)

Cons

Owner only gives 1 week vacation. Management is mostly men. The employees joke about how they are known for paying contracted rates because they are cheap and try to get out of paying. Relationships with vendors is toxic. Shotty workmanship-- high rents for apts that look good, but cheaply made.

Beautiful A-Class Buildings

Pros

-Luxury Class-A Buildings (product sells itself). -In great location you are surrounded by many restaurants and close FWY. -You can move up the corporate ladder faster if you want more of a challenge and gain district management experience since it's a small property management company.

Cons

-Benefits are mediocre (they do not offer 401K retirement plans) -Property Managers are not offered rental housing as part of their salary plan (only former managers who worked prior to 2017). - No mentorship/high leadership development. -Bonus' are only incentivized to Leasing Agents if you lease an apartment within 14 days on the market (property managers do not get compensated with leasing bonus).
