Business Outlook
Pros
-Luxury Class-A Buildings (product sells itself). -In great location you are surrounded by many restaurants and close FWY. -You can move up the corporate ladder faster if you want more of a challenge and gain district management experience since it's a small property management company.
Cons
-Benefits are mediocre (they do not offer 401K retirement plans) -Property Managers are not offered rental housing as part of their salary plan (only former managers who worked prior to 2017). - No mentorship/high leadership development. -Bonus' are only incentivized to Leasing Agents if you lease an apartment within 14 days on the market (property managers do not get compensated with leasing bonus).
