Cons
- no snacks while you sit in front of a computer for 8 hours doing the same thing over and over. But the managers which are the owners WILL eat all they want in front of you. Oh and the people they like are welcome to eat. They will eat pizza and other foods in front of you! While your still doing the same thing for 8 hours. -no talking to others or having conversations. - NO RAISES! $. Not a long term job status. There's been people there that been working for a long time and with still at 10$ an hour. According to Jinn (one of the owners, which I have changed he's name for privacy reasons) 10$ is enough for what we do. Not caring that some people actually take the job seriously as a career. Maybe that's why many people don't last there. - it's a 8-5pm job which means we get two 15 min break and 1 hour lunch. At California Pet Pharmancy, they only want you to take one 15 and one 1 hr lunch. More than half the people there didn't even know they were entitled to a 2nd break! Wow ! Because they don't want you to know! They want you to work and work to make them more$ Not caring about their staff. - just ready there yelp reviews, that will give you a little example. I bet if they treat their staff better with kindness and treat them like HUMANS. They would most likely get better reviews. I myself want to say that this job is the only job I've ever had! That I been miserable! I seriously would go to work everyday not wanting to be there after I found out that they didn't even give any raises! Everyday I was job hunting just to get out off there. Being a janitor was 100times better! And better pay Btw !
