Pros
The training was excellent as I had just graduated from college and needed to gain experience in the field. My supervisors were very helpful and always made sure I was supported especially through tough days.
Cons
It is really not a con it is just the field we are in. We are working with children with special needs, so you have to work through some difficulties but also know you are making such a difference for them.
