RSU is not available as the company provides a unique 50% non-qualifying ESPP plan

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding our non-qualifying ESPP plan. It is true that Calix does not offer RSUs to any employees or Executives. However, the nonqualified ESPP 1 for 1 match (Buy 1 Get 1) with only one year vesting does provide a very good opportunity to acquire CALX stock. This essentially provides a 50% discount after a short vesting period. Calix is always open to addressing and improving on our plans. Flexibility incl. ability to work remote if you wish to. Interesting projects in a great engineering environment. Great and well-known CEO Very capable and good management (Speaking for Engineering) Stock has been on fire lately.

Cons

Sometimes meetings are at odd times due to the teams spread across time zones.
