The company truly takes care of its employees. Flexible PTO, flexible working hours, and caring management are just some of the ways they show they care! I'm one year in now, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. It's a wonderful and positive atmosphere where learning and trying new things is encouraged on the daily.

Cons

Communication from senior leadership isn't always amazing, but some growing pains are part and parcel with the growth that Calix has seen recently!
