The fact that we are remote limit the amount of interaction between peers (in person).

While there are many benefits to remote work, we realize that the limited interaction with peers can be a downside. Pros

The culture is phenomenal. It feels like Calix truly understands that keeping talent matters and strives to make employees feel valued. The interview process was top notch. Customers are happy and easy to work with. The company is strong and poised to continue along that track.

Cons

The onboarding process could use some work. Career paths are a bit ambiguous. Processes are often tedious and not scale-able. Sometimes getting appropriate permissions and/or access to needed applications requires way more follow up than necessary.
