      1. People - They help out whenever we need and understand any issue we are facing 2. Work - Not just regular maintenance work we get a lot of new work is going on so a balanced work to keep your interest high 3. Office - We get good lunch and snacks in office along with company provided cabs for travel to office I switch after 8.5 years of working in my first company so their were all kinds of anxiety and fear for new place, but from my day 1 after joining calix team has shown full support and i did not feel like i am out of place or somewhere new.
