      • Extremely fast paced at times, however, this can also be seen as a plus. • The company is growing very quickly so it can sometimes be hard to keep up with all of the changing titles and roles due to promotions and new hires • Multiple interviews may be required prior to receiving a job offer • Steep learning curve if unfamiliar with the industry

      Very collaborative atmosphere. Your colleagues have your back. Limited politics involved in decision-making. A great mission. Highly capable leadership. Spends a lot of time creating new and unique/interesting benefits. Pushes work/life balance.

      Cons

      A highly positive atmosphere sometimes makes it challenging to share bad news. Much optimism about Calix's difference and why external factors won't hurt us. Mostly data-driven except in a few cases where emotions can drive detrimental decisions.
