      Pros

      Great culture. I never thought it mattered until I joined Calix. Team members across all roles have a winning attitude to grow the business and help our customers. Management gives me space to lead and provides the resources I need to get the job done. Plenty of opportunity and resources to grow your career at Calix and as a professional. Company growing with a start-up mindset and I'm having fun.

      Cons

      Growing so fast it's sometimes a challenge to find the right person to resolve issues. Can be a problem for new employees onboarding. Comp plan structure could be better.
