      Pros

      "Work from anywhere" has been part of their DNA since 2016, not just a reaction to the pandemic. They know how to do it right, and truly support teamwork and the 4 pillars.

      None so far in my 3 months here!

      Working on the cutting edge technology. Independence and flexible schedule (let you get on with the work). Great manager/directors.

      Cut down on the number of tools used for communication storing information.

      Work from home is the best in Calix. Management & Co-workers are so friendly. Very good future goals and vision.
