      Pros

      Calix provides all of the tools to help you be successful within your role. We have an abundance of training with the latest AI technology. We have lots of resources to help educate and overcome any challenges faced in the field. The company is fair and provides many incentives to enhance a strong work and life balance. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Emails receive lots of noise with only a few that actual pertain to you. This could be distracting. It is a daunting task when coming back from OOO.

      Cons

      Work from home setting can result in meeting heavy days, sometimes with several meetings overlapping; Colleagues work across the country so meetings might be scheduled outside of typical work times
