      Truely remote friendly and fast moving company

      * most employees are remote - no hybrid requirement that I'm aware of * supportive work environment from leadership and peers

      Cons

      * a bit disorganized in terms of planning due to the rapid release nature of the organization - seems like we're always playing catch up * due to the teams being globally distributed it's quite challenging to maintain communication and to work efficiently
