WFH/WFA, the company knows their employees can get the job done at any location, and the data confirms this. Leadership is transparent and honest in conversations with their team members. The culture at Calix is collaborative, inclusive and supportive.

Cons

It does take a bit longer for system enhancements to be completed.

Calix has an amazing workplace culture. Everyone works together to help achieve a great experience for the employees and customers alike. Calix has wonderful employee resources to help internal growth, learning, and work life balance. Calix is truly one of the best places I have ever worked.

I would say there are very few cons working for Calix.
